Before you book
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
Can luggage be stored?
You may leave your luggage before check-in.
Can minors stay without an accompanying adult?
Minors may stay with their guardian’s consent.
What is the smoking policy?
All guest rooms are non-smoking.
How do I arrive from the nearest station?
See the Access Guide for the nearest station and directions to your chosen stay. Where an address is listed, you can open directions in Google Maps.
Where do I make a booking?
You can book through the official website, Booking.com or Airbnb. Check availability, prices and terms on the channel you use. If the official site shows Square Sandbox, it is a test and will not make a real charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
For bookings made on this website, cancellation from 30 days before the scheduled check-in time (including exactly 30 days before) incurs a fee of 100% of the confirmed booking total. The terms shown when each booking was confirmed take priority. Bookings marked Square Sandbox are currently tests and do not create a real charge. For bookings made through another platform, check the terms shown by that platform.
