These basic rules apply to Tonfu’s website, booking services and enquiries.
Last updated: 19 September 2026We collect only the information needed to provide the service, such as booking and enquiry names, contact details, stay details and device security logs. Card information is processed on the payment provider’s interface and is not stored by this website.
We use information to manage reservations, verify identity, communicate, confirm payment status, prevent abuse, improve the service and meet legal obligations.
We use providers such as Vercel, Supabase and Square where operationally necessary. Information is retained only for booking, accounting, security and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
We use cookies required for language preferences, login and booking security. Optional analytics is off by default. For access, correction or deletion enquiries, contact oosaka.tonfu.inter@gmail.com.
Availability, prices, taxes, fees and cancellation terms shown in the booking flow take priority. A booking is formed only when its confirmation notice and payment state are final. An environment marked Square Sandbox does not create a real charge.
Provide accurate information and follow occupancy limits, prohibited-use rules, check-in instructions and house rules. Impersonation and fraudulent payment activity are prohibited.
Content, prices, images and functions may be updated without notice. Maintenance, connectivity failures or third-party outages may temporarily interrupt the service. Website copy, design and trademarks may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and otherwise resolved by a court with jurisdiction under Japanese law.
